A strong web presence is a necessity for any business in today's market. Customers expect and demand a web presence that allows them to conduct business with you on their time frames. An eCommerce website integrated with your Sage 500 financial software is ready 24/7, 365 days a year to take orders and service your customers' needs. In addition, companies are finding that a strong web presence allows them to increase their customer base and increase sales through their current customers. Often this can be done at a lower cost because of efficiencies that can be built into the process of taking orders on the web and bringing those orders into your in-house order fulfillment process.
You can fully integrate your Sage 500 ERP financial package with an eCommerce website, that has SEO tools, a web-based non-technical content management system, and runs on a Microsoft SQL Server database.

From there the process is
Planning & Discovery - this includes understanding your needs and your customers' needs and then translating those needs into the functionality that is needed in the website. The end result is a scope of work with a price estimate.
Place order - this includes a signed order accompanied by a deposit payment.
Website Build - the website is built and synched with your Sage 500 (MAS 500) financial package and you are trained on the use of the content management system used to manage the website content. You will need to have a Sage ERP company test file in place in order for the website to be built. Once the website is built and everything checks out, it is synched with your live Sage 500 company file.
Add additional modules/functionality - once the base website is built and launched any additional functionality is added to the website. This could include a custom design, any of the 800+ modules in our catalog, or any custom development that is in the order.
